This course will explore self-care and awareness.  Self-awareness is our ability to perceive and understand the thing that make us who we are.  Using the Enneagram framework, we will discover our personality type and why one thinks, feel and behave in particular ways based upon your core fears and core desires. We will dive deep into each of the nine personalities and their traits. This will allow us to harness and transform self-defeating behaviors into life-enhancing personal empowerment.
